- Judo techniques (Throws, Take-downs & Groundwork, & Submissions) and application are easily used in any fighting environment. It is a huge misconception that Judo is only effective in a GI.
- I strongly suggest that coming to watch a few classes to see what martial arts training, (judo) is, and see if it suits you.
- Traditionally, Judo is trained in a GI, We can provide you with a GI or you may purchase your own.

- NO. Training in any physical activity (gym, martial arts, running, etc...) takes a certain level of health and fitness. Most important is the desire and dedication to improve and succeed is essential. Start at your level, and build. I will help you every step of your journey.
- But also, again- No.
- Do not be the procrastinator. So many people fulfill their fitness goals through martial arts training, and even supplement martial arts training with other physical activities. Now is the time to start. 2024 is going by fast.

- I teach Judo body control from standing to ground. The fear and apprehension of injury is eliminated by your ever-growing skills in throwing and break-falls. I am there to provide your training path, and to get you there in the safest manner possible.

- Each instructor is there for you in every aspect of your training, and your journey in martial arts to provide the best knowledge and experience so that you may learn in the safest and most fun manor.
